You know the scope and charging basis before the work begins.

Every case is different, but the charging method should not be a surprise. The initial conversation is free, and billable work begins only after the scope is accepted.

Pricing models

Hourly

Suitable for calls, research, coordination, local attendance and assignments where the exact workload develops as information becomes available.

Rate: quoted before work begins

Fixed project scope

Suitable for a defined viewing, desk verification, local visit, report or sourcing phase with a clearly described output.

Staged project

Suitable for a purchase, supplier search or project that should have clear go / no-go points. Each next phase is approved separately.

Ongoing coordination

Suitable where a project needs recurring visits, communication and reporting. The model may be hourly, a monthly time allowance or a separately agreed arrangement.

The first 30 minutes are free.

Use the call to explain the situation and determine whether Poland Desk is the right fit. It is not a substitute for a legal, tax or technical consultation.

Extra costs

Travel, transport, purchases, translations and third-party professional fees are agreed before they are incurred. Where possible, the client contracts directly with the external professional.

Cancellation

Cancellation and rescheduling conditions are stated in the proposal or terms applicable at the time of booking.

Not a fit

  • request for a guaranteed outcome;
  • request to hide material facts or ownership;
  • work requiring a licence that is not assigned to an appropriate specialist;
  • conflict with another professional obligation;
  • assignment where the budget cannot reasonably cover the requested local work;
  • request for mass unpaid supplier outreach without a usable brief.
