We start with what you want to achieve. Each stage gives you the information or local support needed to make an informed decision about what comes next.
1. Start with the situation, not a sales package.
The first conversation lasts up to 30 minutes and is free. We discuss your objective, location, stage, deadline, main uncertainty and whether another specialist should be involved. At the end, you will know whether Poland Desk can help and what the most useful starting point would be.
2. Agree the work, output and charging basis.
You receive a written description of the tasks, expected result, fee model, travel or third-party costs, assumptions, exclusions and information required from you.
3. Perform the agreed local work.
Depending on the assignment, this may include research, calls, viewings, site visits, document collection, offer comparison, workshop coordination, specialist coordination and negotiation. You receive the relevant findings and progress updates as the work moves forward.
4. Make the next decision visible.
The result identifies what was confirmed, what remains uncertain, material concerns, specialist conclusions within their remit and the recommended next step. Depending on the assignment, this may be presented as a report, shortlist, comparison or action plan.
5. Continue only if the next stage is worthwhile.
The assignment can stop after a viewing, report or shortlist. If you want to proceed, a new or extended scope covers negotiation, purchase, service, transport, contracting or project coordination.
