Client side
I work for the client named in the agreed scope. If another party may pay a fee, provide a referral or create a material conflict, that relationship must be disclosed before it can influence the work.
Conflict check
Before accepting an assignment, I may need enough information to check whether the parties or subject conflict with an existing professional obligation. I may decline a case without disclosing confidential information about another relationship.
Sources
A report distinguishes between public records, documents supplied by the parties, direct statements, on-site observations and conclusions from qualified specialists. A source may confirm one fact without proving a broader commercial claim.
Professional boundaries
Poland Desk provides practical coordination and independent local support. Legal, tax, accounting, valuation and certified technical opinions are delivered by appropriately qualified specialists when required.
Referral and partner relationships
Where a professional or contractor is introduced, the client should know who is responsible for the work, who contracts with whom and whether any referral fee exists. The preferred arrangement is direct and transparent.
AI-assisted work
Software and AI may assist with transcription, translation drafts, document organisation, checklists and comparison tables. Material facts, client-specific conclusions and high-risk content are reviewed by a person. Confidential information is not entered into an external system without an appropriate basis and client agreement.
Corrections
If a material factual error is identified in a public guide, Poland Desk will review and correct it. Pages with procedures or official information show an update date and should be reviewed periodically.
Privacy
Do not send identity documents, bank details, contracts or confidential technical files through the public contact form. A more appropriate channel can be agreed after the fit check.
